The first book on her list is \u201cAtomic Habits\u201d by James Clear. Find out how this book helped Carina to become more self-aware about the steps that she took in falling into a particular routine and how that helped her to level up her habits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The second book on Carina\u2019s list is \u201cThe Power of Habit\u201d by Charles Dewhig. This classic book helped Carina to gain further insight into how to change her habits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The third book on Carina\u2019s list is \u201cMan\u2019s Search for Meaning\u201d by Viktor Frankl. Carina shares some of the insight she gained while she went through Frankl\u2019s heartbreaking account of surviving the Holocaust and how finding *meaning* got him through that experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The last book on Carina\u2019s list is \u201cWords That Change Minds: The 14 Patterns for Mastering the Language of Influence by Shelle Rose Charvet. Find out the ways that this book helped Carina understand how the words people use reveal what they really want.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
